Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may return non-coffee merchandise for an exchange or full refund (minus the cost of shipping & handling) within 30 days of the ship date. Products should be unused and in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipment. Once the product has been received by Olympia Coffee and approved for exchange/refund, you will receive an e-mail notifying you.

Coffee items (either opened or un-opened) are not eligible for exchange or return due to food safety standards. We do want you to fully enjoy your Oliver's Custom Coffee experience, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the coffee you receive.

Shipping

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast day is Tuesday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day. 

**USPS is currently experiencing backlogs that may result in extended shipping times. A "Pre-Shipment" status indicates that USPS failed to scan the package upon departure and is likely in transit. Please contact USPS if your shipment is taking longer than our estimate below. 

Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Oliver's Custom Coffee does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Oliver's Custom Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, held packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues resulting from addresses being input incorrectly by the customer. Thank you for understanding.
