About Our Coffees
-
Roast Levels
One size doesn’t necessarily fit all. By offering every one of our coffee in a lighter or darker roast, you have the chance to explore the unique flavors each approach imparts. And, you will learn more about coffee and your preferences along the way. You can even try an individual coffee roasted lighter and darker, to compare the effect of roast. Oliver’s offers every coffee we sell in a choice of roasts, and you’ll notice we offer a unique description of the flavors of each to help you in your decision.

Processing
Coffee processing refers to the different ways coffee cherries are processed after harvesting. The processing method used has a significant impact on the flavor of the resulting coffee beans. Processing is an important step in affecting a coffee’s flavor and character. We’re determined to offer coffees with unique methods of processing whenever possible.

Origins
At Oliver’s Custom Coffee, we’re determined to explore underserved and under-appreciated origins, to find unique offerings to bring to you. What we’re looking for are remarkable flavors, wherever we can find them. This might mean finding unique gems at familiar origins, or it might mean doing the work to get excellent results at origins to which you’ve never really paid attention. It is all in the service of excellent and truly unique coffees.
